I understand you may be in the very beginning of your home search and I am by no means trying to rush you to sell or purchase a property. My goal is to simply be available to assist and answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout any process you are currently in.

Here is some information about me:

I was licensed at the age of nineteen while attending the College of William & Mary. After graduating I found my passion to be real estate and decided to pursue real estate full time. After being awarded as a Million Dollar Club team member my first year after graduation, I relocated from my old firm and was recruited by Samson Properties one of the largest brokerages in the region. As you are aware, there are many real estate agents to choose from and I know everyone will tell you that they are the best fit for your home buying or selling experience, but I offer some specific services that most agents don’t.

              

I work seven days a week and know that the D.C real estate market is very competitive, I am available anytime you see a home that interests you. My background in economics allows me to understand the competitive market in regards to pricing, incentives, demand, and to see the real value of a property beyond its suggested or listed price. In addition, I am a certified negotiation expert which ensures confidence that you will be getting the best value for your home.
